Shipping policy

We allow 3 to 5 business days for handling time before our products are shipped. Our team tries to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If your purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will likely ship your product on Monday. The delivery time can be found in the product listing during checkout.

Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL. If you have any questions, email us at contact@jofilbestshop.com

Our products are usually shipped out in 24-48 Hours. Our products take 10-20 business days for delivery.

 

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order.

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
